                        END OF YEAR  2025 CIRCULAR 2025

Today 28/11/2025 FRIDAY marks the end of term three and all learners S.1—S.5 have been given report cards to take home for their parents/funders
EDUCATION: Teaching and learning commenced on 8^th /09/2025 up to 28^th/11/2025 the term has been run for 13 weeks.

• Our candidates this year in S.4 and S.6 were successfully registered with UNEB and All sat for their exams successfully
• This year we have managed to expose our candidates both in S.4 and S.6 to two sets of external mocks exams.
• S.1, S.2, S.3 and S.5 were tested in two activities of integration and end of term exams in all subjects, therefore expected to have three scores on their report cards
• This year we engaged our learners in a number of educational activities aimed at boosting their abilities such as Debates at Nyakasura school, science fare/competitions, scouting and also participated in educate competitions activities in which we were among the best performers this year.
• This year we successfully conducted a learning tour in Kasese and fort portal where our learners toured many places including kazinga channel, kasenyi landing site, lake Katwe, Queen Eliza bathe national park, Kasese town, river mubuku, nyamwamba, mabere ganyina mwiru, fort town and finally the kingdom of Tooro.
• This year we conducted a number of science praticals for both s.4 and s.3

VOCATIONAL skilling   services are for free to all learners in all classes

 Fees next term will be divided into three portions ie

• For boarders, first week first 160,000, 2^nd pay in first week in 2^nd month 16,000 then last payment on visitation day 119,000.
• For day scholars, first week first 120,000, 2^nd pay in first week 2^nd month 120,000, then last payment on visitation day 79,000.
• Please parents let us comply to avoid constant sending of learners home for fees and requirements.

All school fees dues to be paid using school pay codes. No money is supposed to be paid in cash at school except for the study tours, holiday program, UNEB Facilitations /seminars and practical books.
ADMISSIONS: The school is still having vacancies in s.1, s.2, s.3, and s.5 for those who may want to join us in term one 2026.
TERM ONE will begin on Monday 26/01/2026 up to Friday 24/04/2026 for all classes
